 با توجه به رشد روزافزون نفوذ اينترنت در ايران و آمار بسيار بالاي وبلاگهاي
فارسي در اينترنت که بخش وسيعي از محتواي فارسي فضاي وب را تشکيل مي دهند، بر
آن شديم تا اولين جشنواره وبلاگهاي فارسي و نشريات اينترنتي را با هدف افزايش
کيفي و کمي محتواي فارسي و همچنين معرفي اين پديده به اقشار مختلف مردم و دعوت
از آنان براي حضور در اين جامعه مجازي، برگزار نماييم.
اولين جشواره وبلاگ هاي فارسي و نشريات اينترنتي، طي سه روز از تاريخ 19 الي
21 خرداد
83 در تهران برگزار مي شود. اين جشنواره سعي مي کند تا با ايجاد
اجتماعي از توليدکنندگان محتواي فارسي و برگزاري جلساتي جهت بحث و تبادل نظر
(در محيط نمايشگاهي و يا در قالب ميزگردها)، در جهت بالا بردن کيفيت محتواي فارسي گام بردارد. اين جشنواره اولين حمايت
عملي در سطح گسترده از وبلاگها و نشريات اينترنتي در محيط وب مي باشد که
سرويس
پرشين بلاگ به عنوان بزرگترين سرويس دهنده وبلاگ هاي فارسي با حمايت
سازمان ملي
جوانان برگزار کننده آن است.
 در
اين جشنواره بخش هاي زير در نظر گرفته شده است:
 ايجاد فضاي
نمايشگاهي و اختصاص غرفه هايي به نشريات اينترنتي و همچنين گروه هاي
مختلف موضوعي وبلاگها (مانند اينترنت، ادبيات، خبري و ...) و انجام
مشاوره، برگزاري تريبون آزاد و برنامه هاي مشابه با رويکرد تخصصي گروه،
در غرفه هاي مربوطه
جمع آوري و
چاپ مقالات مربوط به حوزه وبلاگها و نشر اينترنتي
اجراي مسابقه شعر با هدف تشويق توليدکنندگان محتواي مفيد اينترنتي و
معرفي قابليتهاي آنان به فضاي خارج از وب (فضاي حقيقي)
برگزاري
ميزگردهايي با حضور چهره هاي سرشناس و متخصص با هدف ارتقاء معلومات
اعضاي جامعه مجازي از طريق بحث آزاد، بررسي مشکلات موجود، تهديدها و
فرصتها
 برگزاري
کارگاه هاي آموزشي در زمينه هاي مختلف و کاربردي در راستاي اهداف
جشنواره
از کليه متخصصان در زمينه هاي مرتبط،
صاحبان نشريات اينترنتي و همچنين وبلاگ نويسان دعوت مي کنيم تا ما را
از نظرات و پيشنهادات خود آگاه ساخته و ما را در برگزاري هرچه بهتر اين
جشنواره، ياري نمايند.

Regarding
the everyday increase of use of internet in Iran and the wonderful
statistics for the number of Iranian weblogs, which involve a great
large amount of the web's Persian content, we decided to hold the
first festival for Persian weblogs and internet magazines. Our goal
is to improve the quality of such Persian media and to improve their
quantity as well. We've also planned to introduce them to several
layers of the society and invite them to the cyber world.
The first weblog festival is held for 3 days since Khordad 19th till
Khordad 21st in Tehran. Attempting to form a society of the web
Persian content providers, this festival tries to improve the
quality of the published information by the means of discussing
sessions, roundtables and the exhibition.
This festival, backed by the
PersianBlog team,
as the greatest Farsi weblog provider, and the
National Youth
Organization of Iran, is the first practical attempt for
sponsoring the bloggers and internet magazines.
Weblog
Festival includes the following parts:
 Running
an exhibition and providing pavilions for Internet magazines and
several subject-related internet groups (such as Internet,
Literature and News groups) and holding consultations, free tribunes
and other activities in the mentioned pavilions.
Gathering
and publishing articles related to weblogs and internet magazines.
Holding
the poem competition for encouraging the web Persian content
providers and introducing them to the outer-web space
Running
roundtables with the attendance of famous experts for improving the
knowledge of cyberspace members by the means of discussions,
counting the problems, dangers and the opportunities.
Running workshops for several purposes, according to the festival
goals.
All the experts in related topics, internet magazine publishers and
the bloggers are kindly invited to inform us about their respected
